State Pharmaceutical and Medical Supply Corporation Limited is a state-owned company established by President Dr Mohamed Muizzu under the authority granted to the President by Section 15 of the Companies Act (Act No. 7/2023). The primary objective of the corporation is to strengthen the supply and procurement of medicines, medical consumables, and equipment across the country. The State Pharmaceutical and Medical Supply Corporation Limited is a fully state-owned entity, with 100 per cent of its shares held by the Government of the Maldives.
